The "50 shades of sea" project by Arp, led by the house chef Lucas Lemos, aims to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Arpoador Hotel by inviting prominent chefs to create four-handed menus. Each dinner will be a celebration of coastal cuisine, in five stages.

For 26 years, Bel Coelho, a chef and activist from São Paulo, has been bringing the ideas she firmly defends to her cuisine. Her creations highlight native ingredients and the food cultures of Brazil. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in New York, she acquired contemporary techniques in some of the world's most award-winning kitchens. She is responsible for the cuisine at Cuia Café, inside Livraria Megafauna, in the Copan building. The chef also presents “Food Connection” on the Sabor e Arte channel. Her traveling restaurant, Clandestino, resumed its activities in 2024.
