Quitéria's “Brazilian Cuisine” project, led by in-house chef David Cruz, aims to revive the origins of Brazilian cuisine by inviting top chefs to create four-handed menus. Each dinner will be a celebration of Brazilian gastronomy, in five stages.

Graduated with the Grand Diplôme École Le Cordon Bleu Paris and specializing in École Lenôtre, Bellouet Conseil and INBP, chef Flávia Quaresma has been working with gastronomy for over 25 years, in restaurants, consultancies, festivals, as a book author, lecturer, teacher and cooking show presenter. Constantly updated on the digital world, she has launched a platform with online classes “A Cozinha é Pra Todos” and Flávia's Club (Clube da Flávia), an exclusive club for gastronomy lovers where members of all ages and locations pay a subscription and take part in weekly classes, have exclusive access to Instagram, daily contact with the chef, among other advantages.
