Shall we start the day practicing yoga facing the Arpoador sea?
From Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 9:15 am, on the terrace of Hotel Arpoador.
Practitioners of all levels are welcome!

After practice, take the opportunity to take breakfast at Arp beach bar.
