The "50 shades of sea" project by Arp, led by the house chef Lucas Lemos, aims to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Arpoador Hotel by inviting prominent chefs to create four-handed menus. Each dinner will be a celebration of coastal cuisine, in five stages.

Gonzalo Vidal is from Santa Fe, Argentina, and was the head of 74 Restaurant in Búzios from 2018 to 2023. The chef's creations have an oriental inspiration, with fresh crudos, tiraditos and tartares. Before that, he worked at Cigalon in the Místico restaurant. In Rio, he worked in the kitchens of Quadrucci, as sous chef to Ronaldo Canha, and Zot Gastrobar.
