Quitéria's “Brazilian Cuisine” project, led by in-house chef David Cruz, aims to revive the origins of Brazilian cuisine by inviting top chefs to create four-handed menus. Each dinner will be a celebration of Brazilian gastronomy, in five stages.

Born in São Paulo, raised and living in Osasco, chef Rodrigo Ribeiro, after 12 years as a pastry chef, has worked in important restaurants such as D.O.M., Mani, Oro, Peti, CODA Berlin and headed up Facebook's pastry department for GRSA. He currently provides consultancy services, lectures at universities and has just opened ARA, the first Dessert Restaurant in Brazil.
