Claudia Krauspenhar is the chef and owner of K.sa Restaurante in Curitiba. Born in Foz do Iguaçu, she built her culinary journey through a deep connection to the land, hospitality and the family traditions that shaped her approach to cooking. After leaving a career in law to pursue gastronomy, she established herself as one of Brazil’s leading chefs, with appearances on Mestre do Sabor and recognition among the country’s top restaurants.
At K.sa, she combines technique, simplicity and warmth in a cuisine that celebrates ingredients, origins and the pleasure of gathering around the table. Known for her passion for seafood and oysters, she brings to every dish her belief that cooking is, above all, an act of affection and celebration.
