Start your day with a yoga practice overlooking the sea at Arpoador.
Classes take place Monday through Friday, from 8am to 9am, on the rooftop of Hotel Arpoador, and are open to practitioners of all levels.

Includes yoga, mate tea, and flavored water.
Maximum of 20 participants per class.
Valid for 90 days. This product is prepaid and non-refundable.
Select your class date on the calendar at the time of purchase.
Once a class has been scheduled, changes may be requested up to 48 hours before the class. After this deadline, changes cannot be made. To request a change, please contact us at reservas@hotelarpoador.com or via WhatsApp at +55 (21) 96746-0778, Monday through Friday, from 8am to 7pm. Outside these hours, please contact our front desk at +55 (21) 3600-4000.
Groups of up to 15 people may book the same class, subject to availability. For larger groups, we recommend booking a private event.
In case of rain, the class will take place on our rooftop overlooking the city.
During long weekends, major events in the city, or private events at the hotel, classes may be suspended. These dates will already appear as unavailable in the booking calendar.
