Special Friday Practice – Maha Sadhnna
August 12, 2022, from 7:30 am to 9:30 am
Terrace of the Arpoador hotel

Unlike our regular practices, this is a two-hour long practice and therefore with much more time to deepen in the practice of yoga and still provide an experience with sound therapy (SoundHealing).

For the first edition of this Special Friday Practice, our wellness curator Guga Dale invited Professor Lu Brites and therapist Beto Cragno to lead the journey.

In addition to being a dancer, actress, choreographer, Lu is a yoga teacher with over 25 years of experience. Founder of DOM School, she created the method that unites Yoga & Art for the awakening of the DOM of each human being.

Beto Cragno has been working for over 12 years as a holistic therapist specializing in sound healing, Chinese medicine, Reiki and massage therapy. He also works as a multi-instrumentalist musician creating bridges of connection between art and the expansion of consciousness.

The practice will serve both experienced practitioners and beginners, even for those who have never practiced and are looking for their first contact with yoga. If you want to go deeper in your quest for self-knowledge or if you simply want to connect your practice more to this purpose, this could be a good opportunity.
